I utilize many different modalities of therapy including *EMDR* *Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, * Brief Solution Focused Therapy, *Narrative Therapy, *Dialectical Behavioural Skill Development, and * Prolonged Exposure Therapy. I have vast experience utilizing these modalities with Trauma, Addictions, Depression, Anxiety, other mental health concerns and relationship wellness. LGBTQIA+ affirming
While working with couples I draw upon different approaches. My work is largely focused on the Gottman Strategies. I am trained in Level 1 and 2 of the Gottman method, I have specialized training at the University of Berkley with John and Julie Gottman for helping couples heal from affairs and trauma and certificate for Couples and Addiction Recovery. I am also a Gottman Leader for the 7 principles of making a marriage work clinic.

Counselling in Okotoks office, as well as Video Sessions and Phone sessions . Sessions will generally run 50 minutes. Rates are charged hourly or per assessment.
